What MyKeptMoney is. A web-based tracker that joins a seller's own Etsy files with their materials and recipes to show per-product profit. It is sold by CLEARDEAL LLC for a one-time payment. One payment buys one key, and one key serves one shop.
The key. Your key is emailed to the address you pay with. Keep it safe; it is the only way into your tracker. A key may be revoked if it is shared publicly, resold, or used to abuse the service.
Your data. The numbers you enter and import live in your tracker, under your key. We do not sell your data. We never ask for your Etsy password, and the tool never connects to your Etsy account.
Accuracy. Fee rates are checked against Etsy's published schedule and versioned by date, and fees read from your own files are used exactly as Etsy printed them. Rates can change between our checks; the method page states when rates were last checked. The tool organizes your numbers — it does not prepare or file taxes, and it is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Availability. We work to keep the tracker up and your data intact. Keep your own copies of the files you import; Etsy keeps the originals available to you in Shop Manager.
